Restaurants

The Little Bouclerie

Restaurant in the heart of Paris, near Notre-Dame, in a very suggestive setting with a welcoming and characteristic place . It offers a wide selection of crepes and galettes, also gluten-free, stuffed and abundant. They pay particular attention to gluten-free, even though French galettes (bretonne) are made with buckwheat flour and therefore naturally gluten-free. Despite this, we still recommend checking the precautions at each place. Highly recommended.

Pastry shops

The Gluten Free Manufacture

Small bakery in the heart of Montmartre that offers gluten-free bread, baguettes and pastries. You absolutely have to try the gluten-free version of the pain-au-chocolat!

Noglu

Noglu is a completely gluten-free bakery-pastry shop-restaurant, with two locations in Paris. Recommended both for buying pastry products for a quick lunch and for a more leisurely meal, sitting inside the small location.

As with many countries outside of Italy, many French dishes are naturally gluten-free, making it possible to find suitable options even in restaurants that are not dedicated to gluten-free. However, we always recommend that you report your celiac disease and/or check the website of the restaurant you are interested in beforehand. For those who cook for themselves, local supermarkets offer a good selection of gluten-free products, including pasta, biscuits and bread.
